Simple lighting setup works well. The only issue for me is that the bulbs themselves can be a bit fragile if hit in the right area. Isn't that a big problem, I hung 3 strands and broke 2 bulbs. The strings come with a loop, which is handy for connecting them with loops, wire, or drilling a screw right through. My remote didn't work initially, I know why, but I pulled out the smaller battery and put in another one that was a bit thicker and boom, it worked. I took the big battery out and put the small one back in and everything is fine. I bought 3 at the time of the deal and each remote had this issue. Advice.
