GENERAL: The product is excellent, comfortable and conforms to the description. The quality is excellent. Decent padding and I even check the stitching and it's good. As noted below, I believe there are some minor flaws, but I think most of these are technically personal preferences, but I'm sure others will find my comments valid. 4 stars because of the size and the lack of a tripod mount. BENEFITS: Comfortable and soft battery compartment Memory card compartment Culvert strap (buckle and strap can slip to be worn on opposite shoulder) Sturdy metal plate with rubber grip attachment is like a screw-top Caribbean lock (unlike other brands that have a clip that you clip on, which I find unsafe as heavier camera settings can cause it to open). CONS: - Safety cable included, it has spiral rings on both ends. and one for attaching to a metal sliding clip. I personally don't trust this setup. That's why - regardless of the brand (cheap or expensive) - I saw the metal just cracked. So I wouldn't want to tie anything on a leash that could potentially give up at some point. So I bought a separate tether with a Caribbean twist-lock buckle that attaches to the webbing. It is too long. I'm 5ft 2in, it's too long and it's a bit bigger than my thighbone. This is the shortest I could set up to allow the camera to hang properly. Another person of the same size mentioned this in his review and I noticed it when I was shopping in the windows. But for me it wasn't a big obstacle. Here's how I fixed it. I know that changing a product will void any warranty or returns - I did this after deciding I was definitely happy with my purchase. I cut off the end of the strap that attaches to the "sliding belt adjuster" and just shorten it by about 8 inches. And then I reattached it by stitching and reinforcing the sewn part with glue. - The ends of the metal plate are not flush with the screw, so you cannot attach it to the tripod properly even if it has a screw hole. It fits on a monopod, but I don't use those. - Memory cards are small, I don't like that, actually an open pocket for it. I think it should have a flap or zippered compartment. I just put in my spare memory card with a spare battery.
