Since this is my first laptop from Apple, individuals who are considering making the transition from Windows to macOS will find this review to be of particular interest. The first thing that strikes you about the item is how tiny the laptop is. The evaluations and the image that can be found on the network give the impression that it is considerably thicker than it actually is. After turning it on, it took about an hour for it to start destroying my synapses in a ruthless manner; I didn't even know how to turn it off, let alone how to do something relatively complicated))) After then, it switched off. The first couple of hours after installing Windows are a living horror. But as time went on, I got more and more used to working behind the MacBook, and it became less and less uncomfortable. Two weeks have passed since I made the purchase, and I've noticed that I'm already pretty much adjusted to it. Now for some general observations regarding the technical aspects: I took it to work without a power connection, and it lasted from ten in the morning until seven in the evening, with small breaks in between. I was extremely happy with the battery life. The estimated energy consumption for one hour is between 10 and 12 percent (this includes using wifi, looking for information on the internet, and working with text files). It is essential, however, that you comprehend the fact that viewing films online is not anywhere close to being a part of my regular routine. This, of course, would result in a decrease in the autonomy indicator. -Although I had heard a lot of positive things about the trackpad on the Mac, I couldn't figure out how it could be any better than the trackpads on other laptops given that they all appear to be the same. It's just fantastic what happened. Tactile gestures are still difficult for me to master, but I can confidently declare that working with them is more time and energy efficient than using a mouse in Windows. Regarding the touchbar, each and every review I've read has mentioned how unnecessary it is and how pointless it is. I do not agree. Typing is more difficult with it, but other operations, such as adjusting the screen brightness and volume, scrolling video, moving between pages, and so on, can be completed considerably more quickly. In my opinion, the touchbar is an accessory that was added to the trackpad, and the two of them together make up a one-of-a-kind device control module. - The screen is fine, but it does not have a big WOW impact. - The case is made flawlessly, and the aluminum has a very high-end feel to it. However, this is also a disadvantage because it is impossible to place it on your stomach during the winter because it is so chilly. - The sound is pleasing to my ears because it is distinct and full-bodied.
