I like that it has all of the features that I need to manage my clients. I also like that it is easy to use and has a great interface. I dislike that sometimes I have to do a lot of clicking to get to the page I want, but I guess that's a downside of any software. It is a great way to keep track of my clients and to be able to send out reminders and alerts. I also like that it has a great community and that they are always adding new features.
