I had gingivitis and that made things worse.

Switched from regular fluoride toothpaste to this one. I liked the taste but noticed that my gums were inflamed. I floss regularly so I rubbed the area with water thinking the stain had actually landed on my gums and I missed it. My gums were irritated and inflamed for a full week and didn't improve until I switched to regular toothpaste. My gums are back to normal. It might work if you have great teeth, but my teeth are far from perfect and I have dental work to do. I can't spoil my teeth in between.
