Review on BOSS Audio Systems 611UAB - Single Din Multimedia Car Stereo with Bluetooth, Hands-Free Calling, Built-in Microphone, MP3 Player, USB Port, AUX Input, AM/FM Radio by Chad Judex

I've gotten to the point where I always use my smartphone for music and maps in the car. I used to have a stereo with built in touch navigation which is outdated. An auxiliary cable was required to receive music from my phone, but my new phone cannot charge and connect an auxiliary device at the same time. I just needed a car stereo that could make hands-free calls and play music via Bluetooth, and this one worked for me. I really like how I can set up Pandora to play once and every time I get in the car it very quickly picks up right where I left off without even taking my phone out of my pocket. Installation was much easier as there were no extra cables to the GPS antenna or emergency brake video lock. To be honest I would pay 2-3 times more for this radio because it is so simple and "just works". I'll buy another one for our other car before they find out it's underpriced. Audio quality for phone calls isn't the best, but that's to be expected without an external microphone right next to my mouth. Likewise, I had to crank up the bass to get the music to sound reasonable. I'm very happy with the result, but I'm not an audiophile. This is a solid, no-frills choice if all you want is an amp for your phone.
