I got this hand vac in March 2018 to sweep up small spills and such. I did not use it very often, and was disappointed in the suction power. It was very weak. Earlier this week, I went to use it and while the battery indicator indicated it was fully charged, the unit is completely dead. It won't turn on at all, even though it says it is fully charged. Over the past year, I probably used this unit only 6 times. It is a complete piece of junk and waste of money. I looked at the box and the instructions inside, and nowhere was a Customer Service number provided, or information on how to make a warranty claim, even though the entry on Best Buy says there is a two year warranty. I searched the internet and found a website that gave an email address - it was a hotmail.com address, so no surprise, I haven't heard a peep back from Liberrway so I can make a warranty claim. I suspect I am just left holding the bag. Do not buy this piece of crap. I am ready to give up on hand vacs altogether. It seems no one makes them like they used to -- this is the second crappy unit I've purchased in the last 3-4 years.
