I am a surgeon and wear them in the operating room They are comfortable to wear all day. Creaks slightly on the waxed floor. Best of all, the insoles can be removed and washed with hot soapy water. I think they can also be washed in the dishwasher. I've only had them for a few weeks, long-term wear is not yet known. I bought these to replace my old Anywears clogs. These clogs have a closed back that helps them walk down the hallways, something Anywears didn't have.
