It's fast, reliable and secure! I'm able to send large documents with ease without worrying about it not working or being rejected by my recipients inboxes. The support is also great - they are always willing to help. Sometimes when you try sending an email attachment that exceeds 3MB in size (which doesn't seem like much), sometimes your recipient will receive "Delivery error" instead of receiving their document as expected. This happens quite frequently though just be patient if this does happen for any reason. We use it all day everyday but mostly during our business hours where there aren't many other options available to us at those times so we don't have too much choice but still want to make sure everything gets done properly every time. Our employees need access to files from home almost daily throughout the week while having flexibility to do whatever else they might need to accomplish outside work hours which isn't really possible using traditional methods. Just imagine how convenient it would be if everyone could utilize.
