Great work dress but tricky to buy. The sizing is not the same for all patterns. I wear 8/10 and I ordered the Medium in Black and also in Black w/Red Flowers. The Black fit perfectly but the Black w/Red Flowers was very tight on the arms and chest. Wondering if the Large will it be too loose-fitting at the bottom. Either way the material of the dresses is soft and comfortable and it compliments my curves. I recommend the Black for more precise fitting and classic/chic work look.and you cant beat the price!
