The key came nicely packaged in a red plastic case suitable for long term storage in the shop. It's a large and heavy tool, but the "click" when the tool reaches the torque setting is weaker than I expected. All you have to do is play around with the wrench to figure out the type of click. The torque setting does not allow fine tuning. The settings differ by 2.5 pounds from each other. If you need a key with stricter setup steps, buy an electronic key. One of the key elements of an excellent torque wrench is a good grip that maintains a consistent hand position when force is applied. The handle of this tool is made of plastic, making it easy to consistently press in the right place every time. I can't confirm the accuracy of the tool, but if you want an ultra high precision tool, pay the money and buy an electronic one.
