I run a xl but do not like the xl size shirts because the length is to sloppy at the waist. I ordered a large and it fit loose enough like an xl but snug enough to show definition.It isn’t jersey cotton soft. More like spandex. It does dry sweat fast.My only complaint is how shiny the fabric is. If it was muted I could wear this shirt casually anywhere.
