I tested this Thunderbolt Dock with several devices including a setup with a digital piano and headphones. Everything works well, there are plenty of inputs, and I appreciate the hub's weight and reliability; I've tried others that were fairly light and would slide all over the table from tugging on the cord or moving my laptop when plugged in. So it's nice to have something stationary that really feels like a central point to connect everything. There's a little green light on the front to show the hub is on, and people tend to love/hate the status lights, but I like that. I don't use SD cards so I can't comment on this functionality but I think it's ok. Do you use headphones a lot and it's nice to have an input for it and a microphone, which is a rarity on these docks. The included USB-C cable is a nice bonus if you don't have one, so you don't have to buy one separately. It's also a good length and none of those tiny ones that make you want to keep the station close to your computer. Definitely recommend this if you want a docking station with all the necessary inputs, a solid build and a very reasonable price.
