These headphones came in a small hard box with a USB-C charging cable and an instruction manual. The first thing you need to do is remove the plastic from the connectors on the underside of the stems. Otherwise they will not be charged. My headphones were 60% charged but the charging case was 100% charged. So after removing the plastic from the legs I was able to charge them and they charged pretty quickly. The blue/red lights on the headphones will flash. showing pairing and/or charging status. I have a Samsung A-50 mobile phone with the latest Android version. The headphones were recognized immediately and paired without any problems. The voice tells you they are connected. The design is beautiful in my opinion. Build quality seems very good and they are solid. They don't look cheap at all. Both earbuds have touch controls based on where you touch them to control music pause, skip tracks and change volume. There is a learning curve where you touch the right commands, so you have to practice and be patient. Remember how much you paid. I have never listened to music on my phone until I got these headphones. Sound quality was average compared to my Corsair HS-60 headset until I turned on the default EQ and changed the various levels for the music I was listening to. I have to say that after modifying the equalizer curves, the music sounded amazing. I'm Puerto Rican so I'm used to heavy bass and great beats and these headphones sound very good. And for the price, the musical experience was amazing. Please note that these are not expensive, high-end headphones. They are just very, very good for the price. If you don't like music, try playing with your phone's equalizer. And remember that every type of music should have different EQ settings, so don't play jazz with hip hop settings. It worked for me and I'm glad I changed the defaults. I really liked the display of the charging box during the charging process. You can see how much charge is in each earbud and how much is left in the charger. If you leave the charger plugged in, the charge level indicators for each earbud and the charger percentage will increase. If there is no connection, the gauges will increase, but the percentage of charge in the charging box will decrease as it is being used. The headphones are very comfortable to wear. And I mean REALLY COMFORTABLE! I have a Corsair HS-60 gaming headset and the first day I used the headphones I played Subnautica: Below Zero. I never listen to music while playing games, but this time I put on headphones and used a headset over them. I've had a great experience using headphones for music and a headset for gaming at the same time. And they were comfortable. Note: I haven't tried using headphones for calls. If you only want this for music and/or are having trouble with call functions, I recommend changing settings in the Bluetooth section of settings to prevent the headphones from making calls. Pros * good charge indicator * very good battery * great sound * COMFORTABLE Cons * It takes time to master the touch function
