Good product BUT instructions are tricky
To be clear; I have a Keurig and coffee pot combo. So it's a bit more complicated = but the instructions aren't very clear - I feel like they could simplify it a bit in terms of the steps and what they really mean. You really need to read them and follow them closely. All in all hopefully using and the Kcup cleaner worked fine - can't tell for sure what the descaling part is - but it seems ok!
