Revainrating 5 out of 5

Matches the description completely, very satisfied.

I came across a possibility with the Seagate ST1000LM024, which, to put it mildly, has reviews that are not exactly the most encouraging. But as it is right now, pah-pah, it can accommodate five people plus. I put it through its paces by driving it in a number of operating modes, including with a steady load and with occasional spin-ups from periods of inactive time. I use it so frequently that I bring it home from my place of employment. Has pros: - An extremely fast pace of data transport. Approximately 100 MB per second on average. It seems that the metal casing prevents it from heating up, even when exposed to high ambient temperatures. - Totally impervious to water. After the purchase in the water, the price was lowered in order to preserve interest. It did not bubble, and the performance was not adversely affected in any manner. The fact that the casing has a small cutout for the cable to fit through is a really helpful feature. - A USB cable with a male end that may be plugged into another male USB port is an excellent choice that is several times more dependable than a micro-USB connection. - There are two cables included: one that is quite short and can be found tucked away in a nook, and another that is the standard length. With these drawbacks: We were unable to find it. However, there is little you can do about the fact that it is very cumbersome to carry around considering its portability. But impervious to shock and hermetic.
