Review on OXO Grips Classic Cream Scoop by Jeremy Therrien
Serious design flaw in kitchenware and gadgets
I chose good OXO pens because I have always found their products to be of high quality. However, their ice cream scoop has a serious design flaw. The lever at the end will flex if the ice isn't soft. The thin strip of metal supporting the lever should be doubled in thickness or folded over on itself to give it more strength. I have to return it (what a problem) and choose a different brand. Very disappointed.
