I've been waiting for this tripod that seems to be just what I need right now for any zoom calls with my iPad. I was so disappointed to receive the product and found I just can't get it to work. It comes with no instructions, just a few cryptic phrases on the box with incomplete pictures. My main problem is addressed in the questions and answers about this product. I will try to describe. I'm not mechanical, so put up with me. There is a holder that you put your iPad in. It works great. It easily stretches to the right size and securely holds my iPad 6. A piece of plastic with 4 rectangular holes is attached to the back of this holder. This is where the iPad holder should attach to the stand. Part of the rod has a square at the end with 4 small pieces sticking out. The small pieces of this square should fit securely into the 4 holes of the iPad holder. That's a problem. I can't securely connect the protruding parts to the holes on the iPad holder. I've tried twisting the two pieces together like I'm screwing a lid onto a jar, but I can't seem to get them to puff up. The end result is that the iPad cannot be securely attached to the tripod and I do not recommend this product.
