Had to try these mugs several times while waiting at the airport. Very comfortable and attractive design. As advertised, they stay cool with a hot drink and are lightweight and comfortable to hold. So I bought them for our company. So far so good and we haven't had any leaks like some previous reviews. Everyone seems to like the color blue too. As per other reviews, the sleeves are certainly difficult to separate and require a bit of patience and technique. I didn't pay attention (my fault) COVERS ARE NOT INCLUDED. They can be bought separately, but in my opinion it's ridiculously expensive. I mean, really, who expects a takeout mug without a lid? So, in short, 3 STARS: They work as promised, but the sleeves of the cups are too tight and when you add the cost of the lids, I think there are other options that work great and have a lot more reasonable ones Total cost. . Top: Also, FYI, I had a stack of 12oz Dixie Perfecttouch lids and they match these mugs perfectly.
