All around bench for incline decline and flat bench.
Only thing I dont like about the bench is that on decline the leg braces are at an angle that squeezes my legs off of the bench, if only the leg braces had a higher height by a couple more inches, other than that for 60ish dollars it is a really nice bench.
- Encourages consistent and regular exercise routines
- May be difficult to transport for outdoor workouts
