I use it as a wallet for every day. I put a notebook there instead of a passport. It's also great for my passport when I travel. In my home country I get rid of my coins and when I travel I use a separate coin compartment as there isn't one. It also gets a bit unwieldy with $20 bills that need to be folded. I wish it came with one of those clear plastic card holders as an extra option to hold more cards if needed. Don't know if the RFID blocking works, it just seems like it's faux leather and stitching. I would recommend it.
