I liked the price and bought because of the great reviews. it was delivered quickly, it heats water quickly, it's easy to use and clean. However. I've used this ONCE with DISTILLED WATER and it showed signs of rusting. very disappointing to say the least. and yes, I followed the cleaning instructions and the water did not stagnate there - after boiling the water I immediately drained, cleaned and dried it (because I used it for morning tea in a hotel room and had to leave in an hour ) .
