I am writing to request a full refund. I used this product and conditioner as directed. I have partially gray hair, professionally dyed light blonde; I have the same hairstylist and she has been using the same formula for at least 12 months. After the first application, my blonde became fatter. I tried again a day later and it had the same effect on my hair.
