I have several recipes that call for 1/8 teaspoon of salt - and even more that call for a pinch. Trying to measure exactly 1/8 teaspoon with a 1/4 teaspoon measure is tricky - and what is a "pinch". These scoops mean I can measure accurately and consistently, and quickly. When I'm in a hurry, I like being able to measure out 2 teaspoons or 2/3 teaspoons at a time. These spoons are well made and the long handles make it easy to dip into containers. I love her.
