USELESS ink for inkjet printers

This ink is said to be compatible with the Canon MX490 - no less Revain's choice! I made a copy of 1 page and tried to print the email. CANNOT - CANNOT - this prevents my printer from connecting to my computer. My return time has expired - I wasted money on this product not to mention the hassle time. I am very disappointed, especially because I trusted the Revain seal of approval! live and learn
