I had been trying various creams for arthritis pain and pain over surgical scars with lidocaine, CBD, hemp, menthol, etc. I wake in the middle of the night with a neck that locks up from a couple bad surgeries. Plus I had surgery on my foot (bone spurs and joint). Scar is right over the damn joint. This is by far the quickest and easiest to use. The spray dries pretty fast. The phenylephrine plus 5% lidocaine seems to work quickly and lasts a long time. Allows me to fall back asleep quicker.
