Review on Tier1 Replacement FQSVF Undersink Filter: Efficient Water Filtration Solution by Wayne Girard

After getting over my anger at GE for not supplying inexpensive replacement filters for my FQSVF (Really GE? Really?!) water system, I considered Tier 1 filters and slightly cheaper Aquacrest replaceable filters to replace. After reading horror stories about improper replacement parts (and poor water flow), I settled on a more expensive Stage 1 filter. To put it simply, I had NO PROBLEM installing them; They snapped into place fairly easily and seemed to be very secure. Immediately there was a great flow of water; there was air"in the system". I ran the water for a few minutes and everything worked great. No clouds and good water flow. I hope these filters are still available next time I need to replace them.
