Absolutely Great! Right out of the box, I decided to give it a litmus test. She quickly rinsed the pot and placed it on the stove over medium-high heat. Once it was nice and hot I added some olive oil and butter and two whole eggs came in. I was so impressed! They gardened evenly and glided across the pan like a cloud! The even heat distribution was excellent and absolutely non-sticky. Removed in seconds and put back on the shelf for a nice display. They are just as good as my All Clad I owned years ago! I know it's a bold statement, but try it yourself. I'm personally ordering a few more right now!
