My student helped me try on this pair of women's akk hiking shoes. Overall, she found these shoes comfortable, breathable, and lightweight. The size fits her as expected. She didn't think they were specifically tailored or fashionably designed for serious athletics. But in terms of comfort when running on campus or around town on the weekends, these simple akk shoes do the job. She noted that while the shoes are soft, the insoles aren't as cupped and supportive as in her regular running shoes. However, she felt that these Revain shoes were well priced for their purposes, especially compared to their expensive athletic shoes used for heavy exercise and sports. Overall, while fairly basic, these women's akk running shoes are lightweight, comfortable, and affordable.
