Just finished installing this clock today, had to split the time into two days, did it myself and have never used a laser level. But I could only use the template that came with the kit as a guide, in fact the dimensions were way off. But as a guide, it worked great. I then lined up all the numbers with my laser level, for example lined up 10 and 2 and lined up 11 and 1 and I measured the intervals, that was all in the afternoon. one and I marked the patches but glued on the mirror numbers then drew a very light pattern with a pencil for each number, came back the second day and removed them number by number and replaced them by gluing on the foam numbers and then gluing on a mirror game above. It took some time but not difficult at all. I used most of the template and ended up measuring just under 55 inches wide. 7 had a small tear and 7 is huge compared to others don't know why but I still like it but I put it on anyway hoping it wouldn't be noticeable didn't want to mess with returns and am me Not sure yet if the company would send a replacement, but I'll ask tomorrow. It's beautiful, the crack probably won't be too noticeable to everyone else, but it drives me crazy that I have something so beautiful and that crack is just looking at me, the only downside to a perfect piece of art. I love it, I really hope to move it and use it again in the future if I have to move.
