Review on Cyleto by Christopher Kanter

DIYers need not apply at Cyleto's Online Store.

As a seasoned do-it-yourselfer, I couldn't wait to check out Cyleto, an online shop that sells components for cars, bikes, and ATVs. Having to deal with them was a major hassle and took up a lot of my time. Although they have a broad selection of goods, the website is complicated and difficult to use. The search for the necessary components took much longer than it should have, and once I did locate them, I was faced with a bewildering array of options. But when I finally did get the components, that was when the true trouble started. I double-checked the dimensions and specs, but some of the things I ordered still didn't fit right and had to be sent back. Time and energy were completely wasted. It wasn't a good experience dealing with customer support either. I was put on hold for what seemed like forever before anyone finally answered, and once I did they weren't able to provide much help beyond the standard return policy. As a whole, Cyleto's web shop is not one I'd suggest to do-it-yourselfers. Their selection of parts is extensive, but it is difficult to locate what you need due to the website's poor organization and inaccurate product descriptions. Avoid this place if you're a do-it-yourselfer who needs high-quality components and friendly service.
