I really liked this banner and used it for my son's first birthday. We left it hanging outside our house for a couple of weeks and found that the colors were fading a bit, but it lasted as long as we wanted. This is a durable material. We drove it into the wall with a construction stapler and when we removed it there was no sign of cracking. I would advise those with OCD to take it out of the box at least a few days before use if wrinkles bother you. Although it wasn't a problem for us. I would buy again if needed.
