These cables are a great alternative to the original Apple Lightning cables. While I still think Apple's cables are better in terms of build quality and compatibility, they work just as well. I've used them on a variety of devices from iPads to iPhones and haven't had any issues. Some of the features to look out for are as follows. 1. Robust design with considerable cable thickness.2. Sheath for strain relief at both ends of the cable.3. Connects to your charger (USB side) and your device (Lightning connector side) easily and securely.4. No iOS incompatibility messages received.5. Can be used for both charging and syncing.6. Price. I haven't noticed any disadvantages so far, although the service life of these cables has yet to be determined. Overall, I highly recommend these cables as a great alternative to original and more expensive Apple cables.
