I use two of these as UTV mounts on my trailer. It is secured with tires but they are fitted front and rear as safety hooks, front and rear to act as a retainer should the other straps come loose for any reason. I'm a fanatic about nothing unexpected happening out there in the trailer, so that gives peace of mind. As axial straps they have a very thick webbing and wrap over the webbing to ensure durability when used as ties. They just feel heavy and I would trust them for anything up to their rating.
