I love that you can see exactly what your customers are doing with app at any given time (including when they're not using anything!). You also have access for analytics so everything is right there! It's hard sometimes if someone has an issue or comment as we don't always get emails back but customer service does respond quickly via email which helps us solve problems faster than waiting days/weeks before responding through chat / support tickets etc.. Sometimes its difficult tracking who uses certain features of our apps - this allows me know where my users spend their most amountof times within each feature eithout having them constantly ask about how things work!!
