I bought this item because my daughter is recovering from COVID-19 and her room is on the ground floor. I received the package and followed the setup instructions. Setup was very easy. Alarm tones are easily customizable. I liked that the alarm triggers (you have two) were already attached to the lanyard! The monitors plug into the wall, so you don't have to worry about batteries. My room is upstairs and on the opposite side of the house but when she pushed the alarm button the monitor in my room went off! I am so happy and glad that I have this alarm clock. I can count on her to get my help immediately! Thanks for a great product!
