I just put this case on my phone so I'm speaking from first experience. Six years ago I had an identical version of this case. It eventually had to be replaced after a lot of wear and tear, but I wanted something cheaper. It's identical with minor differences, but much better for the price. I'm very satisfied with this product. With Prime it came quickly. It was beautifully packaged. I already have a protective glass, so I pulled out the built-in protective glass. I personally don't like them and prefer glass. It was easy to do. I've noticed that a lot of people have had serious trouble figuring out how to open a case. Since I already had an Otterbox identical to this one, I knew how to open it and it's very easy. This is certainly not a defect and if you are struggling with yourself instructions are included and I'm sure there is a video on how to open the Otterbox protector (I believe it's a mockup) then it's the same again like in this case. The outer plastic is hard, which I love, but can be quite stiff when moving. All buttons work fine and I can use the charger with the case. I have an Asheasive wallet and it fits perfectly. I think this case fits perfectly and offers the protection I need. I definitely recommend it!
