Review on 🌞 Get a Natural, Sun-Kissed Glow with St. Tropez Self Bronzing Mousse by Kwame Bandepalli

Just do it: Skin care

First of all, I'm naturally very pale. I always have to use the lightest shade of foundation (NW13 in MAC, for reference). I have received many compliments on my tan after using this self tan and I have to agree - I look a lot healthier and smaller with this self tan. like a corpse. I was worried it wouldn't show enough, be too artificial, or be difficult to apply. So if in doubt, here's what you should know: 1. The undertone of this tan is warm. Not orange, but definitely brown on a yellow background. If, like me, you have a pink undertone, you'll need to adjust your makeup accordingly (I've found that buying a neutral or warm foundation is a few shades darker, and blending it with your regular foundation works really well). Again, if you are not used to warm undertones you may need to choose a new bronzer/blush etc to complement your new skin tone. If you already have warm undertones, you are (literally) golden2. It's pretty easy to use. I've never used a self-tanner in my life, and I've never had much trouble with a glove. However, the preparation you make will make a world of difference. As many reviewers have pointed out, you need to thoroughly exfoliate and moisturize before applying or you'll get streaks. I skipped the prep work a few times and. yes, you could say 3. This will give you a noticeable tan. You can create it by doing this for several days in a row. I do this about twice a week just to keep him fit and being a very pale girl this seems to work for me. However, someone who wants a deeper glow may want to build it up. I don't know if you're as cheap as me either, but I got concerned when I read that it only lasts a few days and you have to reapply it regularly. I was afraid it would be over soon. But after doing this maybe 5 times I still have a lot of product left and I already feel like I got my money's worth. I can't tell you how many people have commented on how natural it looks and how much better I look. I really wonder how bad I used to look.

Pros
  • Hands-free work
Cons
  • Very expensive
