Review on Jefferies Socks Little Cotton Tights Girls' Clothing ~ Socks & Tights by Mike Nix

I ordered a size 2-4T for my daughter who is tall and slim 3T. They fit perfectly. Only slightly elastic, they are neither thick nor thin - not transparent. Reminds me of the tights I wore in the 70's (white tights). Once she even fell to her knees on the sidewalk, and the tights (and her knee) were a little torn, but not torn!
