I like that it is easy to check your account balance online without having access to an internet browser (not all computers have one). It takes about 15 minutes to open my accounts so if you're in need of money quickly this may not be ideal! The first time we logged into our airline reward card there was no way to tell what kind or amount of rewards were available until afterwards - they could improve upon making more clear how much points will earn after opening/closing certain credit cards etc. Having cash back while travelling can make life easier as well with purchases at restaurants & bars being paid off by miles/points instead of using plastic currency which adds up over extended trips.
