Review on Beats Solo Pro Wireless Noise Cancelling On-Ear Headphones - Red (Renewed) by Athit Eakapapan ᠌

Not a bad buy, well worth the money.

Bought to replace Sennheiser HD 4.40. I am not a music lover, I don’t understand what “not enough tops” or “flat middle” means. I like the sound much more than in senkhs, but compared to other models in this price category, I didn’t notice much difference. For my taste, beats are more suitable for electronics and hip-hop, a little less for guitar music. Shumodav works as expected, it does not cause any particular enthusiasm, as well as frustration: it cleans everything in the shopping center, the background rumble of the car is heard in the subway; the sound of an approaching car is not audible, the horn is audible. The main thing: in the subway, you can now listen to a podcast or an audiobook and hear everything. Indeed, as they say in the reviews, they put pressure on the ears, which after 1.5 hours of wearing causes discomfort. I recommend wearing them for at least 15 minutes before buying. It is not possible to connect to two devices at the same time. That is, if the headphones are connected to the phone, then you need to connect them to the laptop manually, which somewhat kills the “magic” of seamless work with the iPhone. I am very pleased that they are stably connected to the iPhone. There were problems with the Senkhs from time to time: either the headphones themselves had to be reconnected, or the bluetooth was turned on and off in the phone. Bits don't have that problem. The lack of a power button gives me additional delight: they turn on and off by unfolding and folding, respectively. Accordingly, there is no timer for auto-off. But someone may consider this a minus: when worn around the neck or if you forget to fold, the battery is wasted. Control - not touch, works fine, but could be better: selecting the next track requires a double tap, and the previous one - triple; much less convenient than the lever on the Senkhs. They are not automatically paused when hanging around the neck. No output to minijack. So, if the need arises, you will have to buy either an adapter or an Apple cable for 3000. But the headphones charge really fast, so if you carry a jar with you, then the need for a cable is unlikely to arise.

Pros
  • - Good sound, moderate bass - Very well made, no backlash - "Seamlessly" work with the iPhone, like airpods - fast charging - look cool
Cons
  • Shake your head a little harder than you'd expect - Suddenly: the wind whistles a lot (probably the problem of all over-ear headphones)
