So. The product is excellent. It is durable and has proven to be excellent. I'm deducting a star because I was definitely sent a previously opened and broken product. Not on purpose I bet, but with the baby and the pandemic, there was a problem with returning the product. The new one arrived very carefully packaged. 3M belts are bumpers that prevent scratches on the floor. When I contacted the company they were very pleased to hear about the issues with the products so they could contact the quality control department. So they did great. I hope my son likes the stool. It was really easy to assemble and felt sturdy.
