Fits perfectly and doesn't slip! I didn't let the cap sit in the sun/loosely before putting it on the wheel (as suggested) so I had to struggle with that, but now that it's on it's installed. I generally avoid leather/animal products, but other synthetic cases I looked at contained consumer warnings about carcinogens/health hazards due to the chemicals used. It's easy, it looks great, the little ribs around it are nice to grip, and I don't have to worry about coming into contact with dangerous chemicals every day (at least not from a bike). Update after 2 years: This wheel cover is still holding up and I'm still happy with its function/the fact that it doesn't slip, but it's pretty clear it's NOT leather as the plastic/fabric/some other material has changed has replaced . Two stars deducted for false advertising and as a consumer not knowing what the material was/what chemicals were used in its manufacture.
