The full leather leggings are padded and have knee pads so you can bend your knees. Now the hardest part is taking care of those pants. The instructions suggest wiping with a rag, which you can do. However, these are baby pants that can easily go through as long as the child grows them. So I took the risk of washing them on a cold delicate cycle with some wool and NO fabric softener and then letting them air dry. To be honest they are just as good and I appreciate the choice other than the fact that they smell like a sweaty baby.
