Review on 🔌 YOUSHARES Wii U Gamepad Power Kit - Interchangeable Power Charging Adapter, AC Adapter & Cable for Nintendo WiiU Gamepad (USB Charging Cable) by Alfonso Wilson

I didn't realize it was a third party charging cable when I bought it for our Wii U controller. It charges the controller, but makes an alarming high-pitched hum when plugged into the wall, no matter what outlet it's plugged into, whether the gamepad is charging or not. So I'm wondering if this quality is bad and could damage our gamepad. We were on holiday when this arrived so we used it for about a week otherwise I would have returned it. I plan to buy an official Nintendo replacement charger soon.
