Great platform with great support and growing fast
The ability to create custom reports for our customers, allowing them access into their data in real time via an interface that allows customization of fields they want displayed or not shown/hidden etc., as well being able make changes if needed without having too many people involved at one point! I think this could be improved by making some things easier when creating new users (i know it's difficult) but overall very good product so far which we have used extensively since launch over 3 years ago - would highly recommend!! We are using workloads business automations products primarily because there isn't anything out-there like us currently doing what you need from your CRM system within minutes rather than days / weeks, even after paying big bucks elsewhere previously.
- It does everything we need it to do and most importantly it's easy to use and learn for anyone who wants to learn
- We have a couple of issues with this product in terms of reporting and a few little quirks with the web interface but nothing too serious
