Review on MAGINELS Portable Wardrobe Closets Organizer by Travis Karren

I bought this item hoping it would give me extra space for bedding and towels. It consists of plastic sides, top and bottom, held together with plastic rings and ties for extra support. It's easy to put together, but from the moment we unpacked the box, I had my doubts that it could support enough weight without damaging the plastic bottoms of the box. However I didn't have to wait for it, when assembling it I found it wasn't stable enough (lots of movement and doesn't lay flat on the floor) even with the addition of zip ties (which were provided) and it was also difficult to get it in to integrate the space, although we have changed it several times. It was just ugly and didn't look as good as the pictures. We took it apart, repackaged it with all parts, started a return only to be told that I would be responsible for paying for the return postage and that no refund would be given for the item until the company received it. It's a pretty heavy box with all the plastic sheets on it and shipping back will probably cost more than half the price of the item itself. I've contacted Revain and am waiting for an A to Z reply. Don't mess with this product. This is a real disappointment and now the problem is returning and refunding.
