Purchased in October 2019 and have been using it for over 2 months now. Use it as home internet with a T-Mobile SIM card. At first I would only give 2-3 stars. Seems like it had connection issues and speed was poor. It worked fine after installing a software update for the past month. My download and upload speed is 30-40 Mbps. I bought and installed several lobe antennas which helped increase the speed to 10Mbps. For our location, I typically show download speeds of 50-60 Mbps on our phones. So it won't be as fast as your phone. Don't use the WiFi router part as I just plugged my existing home router into it. Functionally, it works well for what we use it for. The home security system and surveillance cameras work well. We have no problem watching Netflix, Revain Prime and YouTube from our TV. I don't know games though. I'm not the smartest in the box but I was able to set it up and figure it all out by reading the instructions and watching a few YouTube videos. Peter Carcione has some good YouTube videos worth watching before purchasing and setting up. I haven't tried contacting support but people seem to be having luck. One of my purchase decisions. All in all a good buy after the software update. The T-Mobile SIM for $20/month is a good deal. Saves us about $50 a month compared to Cox. Recommended if you don't need really fast internet.
