Personally, the design of the III version seemed to me more successful, it looked more expensive, but this is a matter of taste. I realized that there is no protection against water, so even in the rain it is better not to walk in them. There is a fear of breaking the ear while bending for compact carrying. They sit pleasantly on the head, soft, but after a while they still put a little pressure on the ears. I've only been using it for a week and haven't needed a recharge yet.
