My favorite kitchen knife!
I confess I bought these knives to keep my kids busy. You could help me cut lettuce leaves for salads or pretend to cut paper. They are EXTREMELY light and plastic - probably less weight than a pencil. BUT THEN I decided to try the grapefruit knife myself --- oh my god, this knife beats all my other knives! But okay, maybe it's just a good grapefruit knife. So I tried an apple. MARVELOUS! This incredibly light plastic knife has become my indispensable helper in the kitchen. It's worth it!
